Rogue wished she had better control over her powers, that she could somehow tap a little of his energy without it hurting him so she could both wear him own and keep up with his pace. As it was, it would be the absolute wrong kind of pain for their current activities and would probably be a major buzzkill.
There would be a little guilt over not being able to help him the way he needed and the way she wanted, but she was well aware of their physiological differences. And while it would be a little strange to her southern sensibilities, she had already long accepted the idea of sharing him with his queen, and she would understand if he went to someone else that night. It was a comfort that she knew he wasn't the type to share the details, though.
