Her eyes drifted closed as he set his hands against her face, and she sighed when the contact ceased. But then he was sitting beside her, taking her hand in his, and she nearly cried at how wonderful it was to simply have someone holding her hand and be able to enjoy it without the stress of worrying about hurting them.
