Not telling Stefan wasn't about shame, or, an underlying desire to not take it, it was about Damon being in the moment. She had a point. Damon had lived with Nova Scotia. He'd been there. Leaning over, he unlocks his phone and taps the messages icon. He smiles, typing out a response. ]
