All Steve had to do was ask and she would try her best to eat. She wanted to have the same hunger and appetite, so she could be healthy and strong again, but she didn't know if it would ever happen. That uncertainty wouldn't stop her from working toward her goal, though.

Steve got his wish to see Rogue smile and laugh - she couldn't do anything but when she saw the way he studied the cupcakes with such intent. She felt so happy in that moment, and it was all because of him.
