Her touch helped ground him, settling him after getting rather more riled up than he'd meant to. He settled back, looking around the park and the people enjoying themselves, then back to her, a fond smile covering his face. They were quite a pair, two people displaced from their homes, just trying to figure things out. "The colors are brighter," he confided softly. "Everything seems more vibrant. I do like that. I may miss the way women used to do up their hair, but I love all the crazy styles and colors people use, now. Expressing themselves, not caring what anyone thinks... I like that."
